  • Smoking is not allowed inside the premises. Non-compliance will result in a fine.
  • The client must take care of the walls and furniture when placing decorations. Non-compliance will result in a fine.
  • Events with minors require at least 2 responsible adults present.
  • The client is responsible for any additional liquor and beverage consumption.
  • The client must behave appropriately in The Lounge and the shopping plaza. Any fines for misconduct will be the client’s responsibility.
  • The client is responsible for damages to the venue (both in The Lounge and the shopping plaza). Damages incur fines.
  • The client must adhere to the setup schedule, and failure to comply with the dismantling times will result in fines and furniture being moved to storage.
  • The operator controls the audiovisual equipment and lights during the event.
  • If the client brings their own waitstaff and bartender, they are responsible for handling the Lounge’s equipment.
  • Guests should stay only in the terrace area and ground floor of The Lounge in San Francisco.
  • If the client brings their own catering, they are responsible for taking care of the provided equipment.
  • Bringing alcoholic beverages to The Lounge requires payment of a corkage fee.
