What is The Lounge?

We are open 24/7. The customer decides the day they want to book and the check-in and check-out times according to their convenience.

The lounges are completely private. There are no cameras or microphones inside the lounges. We have one camera outside the premises and a screen where you can see who is outside.

Smoking is not allowed inside the lounges. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine for cleaning and deodorizing. Outside the lounges, you will find an ashtray available.

Yes, you can bring everything you need for your reservation. We do not charge corkage fees or any amount for bringing in external services or vendors. We can also take care of your event and coordinate the food, drinks, and services you require.

No, the credit card is only held as a guarantee for the proper use of the facilities and payment of any additional charges. At the end of the reservation, the customer receives an itemized bill with their minibar consumption and any extra hours. Damages to the facilities, repairs, or fines for smoking will also be billed. The customer always has the option to make the payment of their bill through ach, yappy, or credit card. In the event of non-payment, the outstanding amount will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

The minimum rental duration is 2 hours, and there is no maximum limit. You can rent the space for as long as you need.

The customer can cancel their reservation prior to the scheduled time. There will be no refund, but credit will be provided for the same number of hours to be used on another occasion, subject to availability.

If there is no reservation following yours, you can extend the reservation for additional hours. Just let us know through our WhatsApp and enjoy. The next day, you will receive the bill for the extra hours and any additional consumptions.
